At Sebastian's we do our very best to provide you with a truly memorable dining experience. Our seafood is the best quality available. The fish is always extremely fresh, and never frozen. Our meats are U.S.D.A. Choice or better and dry aged at least 21 days, to insure excellent flavor and texture. We have over 25 sauces on our dinner and dessert menus and all are made from scratch.

We change the menu and wine list seasonally to take advantage of the freshest products and ideas.
